COVID-19-Pre-Viewing Rent Passport.- Referencing pre viewing Invitation confirmation (UpDated may 2020)

This proactive ‘referencing passport’ saves time and money and covid-19 restrictions compliance. Other important benefit is that if a reference is already in place, then the letting process is much quicker than it would otherwise be.

DEPOSIT OPTIONS. We have Alternative Deposit scheme that can help, you can learn more on their website is Reposit-Alternative deposit scheme.  
If you want to pay a security deposit , you will need to provide the equivalent of five week’s rent. We use DPS for this. More information about them can be found at DPS: here

Tenant Referencing(a snapshot)

Some or all of the following documents may be requested:·  References from previous landlords -·  A credit check – this will allows have a good history of paying your bills.  ·  Your bank details, including bank name, account number and sort code·  Details of your employment, employer, job title, payroll number, salary and previous employer-·   Payslips and p60 if Self-employed Document proof such as Tax calculations & tax overview for at least 2 years. 

MOVING IN and the tenancy set up.
Once we have a moving day is agreed we will instruct our preferred utility management company to contact you.

They will notify councils and utilities of new and vacating tenants, for and behalf of us.
They also offer a wide range of services for our tenants during the moving process.
Remember Your are free to choose your own preferred supplier at any time including at the beginning of the tenancy.

Once you have found a property you like, and after your offer of monthly rent is successfully accepted, Wellbank will progress a  tenancy set up, Lodge the deposit and  you will be given a full tenancy agreement that will detail all fees charges and conditions. We recommend you take it away understand it fully before you go into the tenancy.
